NoirStream should not launch publicly until its content agreements, age-assurance approach, moderation procedures, recordkeeping obligations, reporting process, geographic restrictions, and privacy program have been reviewed for every market served.
Content controls
The platform architecture separates active providers from proposed providers. A provider should not be enabled until commercial rights and required records have been confirmed in writing.
Adult access controls
Adult catalog, media, profile, history, and performer APIs fail closed until the visitor completes the current one-click 18+ self-attestation. The same temporary rule applies in every location, and a signed-in account can remember the confirmation across devices.
The application retains the reusable confirmation, time, and coarse jurisdiction. Yoti and other third-party secure age-verification providers are currently disabled.
Launch checklist
Test the self-attestation gate and fail-closed API behavior, and obtain qualified legal review before treating that temporary gate as sufficient for any public market. Also complete consent and release records, prohibited-content detection, user reporting, emergency escalation, takedowns, removed-content synchronization, audit logging, data retention, and payment-processor approval.
